A group of landscape workers in Kansas and Missouri will proceed as a trio of classes with their claims that a landscape company violated federal and state labor laws by failing to pay them overtime.
A federal judge in Kansas granted the workers’ amended motion for class certification, recognizing three separate groupings, while denying a bid by Epic Landscape Productions LLC to decertify the workers’ Fair Labor Standards Act collective.
