Lactating KFC Employee Agrees to End Sex Bias, Harassment Suit

A Kentucky Fried Chicken franchisee and a female former employee who said she was denied a private place to express breast milk agreed to the dismissal of her sex discrimination lawsuit, Delaware federal court records show.

Autumn Lampkins and Mitra QSR KNE LLC filed a stipulation of dismissal with the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware Wednesday. The dismissal appears to be the result of a settlement as the stipulation asks the court to “retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the parties’ agreement to resolve the action.”
