La Terra Fina USA LLC will likely see its trade infringement claim at least narrowed after a federal judge noted Thursday it failed to comprehensively list which Reser’s Fine Foods products it alleged infringed its trade dress for artichoke and jalapeno dip.
La Terra alleges that after it gained recognition and awards for its trade dress, Reser’s changed its trade dress for spinach artichoke and parmesan dip to be “nearly identical” to La Terra’s artichoke and jalapeno dip packaging.
