The US District Court for the Southern District of California granted class certification for a nationwide class of consumers on a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations claim and a California subclass for state law claims on Jan. 12. The court appointed LeAnne Tan as class representative and Kneupper & Covery PC as class counsel.
