The Los Angeles Dodgers have drawn four new suits alleging the team’s security used excessive force against fans at games in 2021 and 2023.
Several plaintiffs alleged in complaints filed in the California Superior Court in Los Angeles County Thursday that the team’s security guards assaulted, battered, falsely imprisoned, and committed civil rights violations against them at three games in 2023 and one game in 2021. It’s the latest development in a string of 18 pending suits Santa Clarita-based attorney Peter diDonato filed against the team since 2018.
