Los Angeles County state courts will re-open Tuesday after days of closures while staff worked to bring systems that were struck by ransomware July 19 back online.
All 36 courthouse locations in California Superior Court, Los Angeles County will be open, but “court users should expect delays and potential impacts due to limits in its functionality,” officials wrote in an online update. The court’s website, jury duty portal, and case management systems were all shut down from Friday to Monday.
