Kroger Co. and one of its subsidiaries have agreed to settle a suit alleging an assistant manager and others like him weren’t paid overtime wages due to a practice of classifying such workers as exempt employees.
The parties filed a joint motion to file a redacted settlement agreement on Friday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
