Kraft Heinz Foods Sued for Discrimination By Ex-Account Manager

Kraft Heinz Foods Company, LLC has been sued for alleged sex discrimination by a former account manager.

Tracy Panou sued Kraft Heinz Tuesday in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging sex discrimination and a hostile work environment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Panou, a female senior national account manager at Kraft Heinz, claims she was subjected to different terms of employment and ultimately terminated due to her sex after the company went through a reorganization in April 2024. She alleges her new male manager favored male employees ...
