Koki Holdings Fails to Revive Patent Infringement Investigation

Koki Holdings America Ltd. failed to prove standing in its challenge of the US International Trade Commission’s decision to end an investigation concerning its alleged infringement of a patent on nail guns.

“Koki asserts it has standing to appeal because of the alleged harm caused by the Commission’s decision terminating the investigation” and its “alleged injury is based on its concerns of a future litigation,” said Chief Judge Kimberly A.
