Kirkland & Ellis Lawyer Blocks Bid for Records From Prior Firms

A former Kirkland & Ellis LLP associate suing the multinational firm for sex and pay discrimination defeated its subpoenas seeking employment records from her prior stints at Paul Hastings LLP and Fish & Richardson PC.
