King & Spalding Taps Allison Bell as Capital Markets Partner

Allison Bell joined King & Spalding as a partner in its corporate practice group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Bell represents issuers, underwriters and sponsors in securities matters, including initial public offerings and other equity and debt offerings, tender offers, and general corporate matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She also advises public companies on Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations and disclosure matters, the firm said.

She joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
