Kind Bar Label Suits Sent to New York

Proposed class suits challenging “all natural,” “healthy” and other statements on Kind Bar labels will head to New York for consolidated proceedings (In re Kind LLC ‘All Natural’ Litig., J.P.M.L., 2645, 8/7/15).

The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation assigned some 11 pending suits to Judge William H. Pauley III of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, where manufacturer Kind LLC is headquartered.
