Kim Kardashian Settles Donald Judd Furniture Knockoff Case

Kim Kardashian and interior design firm Clements Design Inc. are settling claims that they committed copyright infringement by ripping off furniture designs by minimalist artist Donald Judd.

Kardashian and her interior design studio filed a stipulation of voluntary dismissal with the Judd Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving Donald Judd’s legacy and designs, in the US District Court for the Central District of California Monday.
