Kim Kardashian and interior design studio Clements Design Inc. lost their motions to dismiss claims alleging Clements created knockoff Donald Judd furniture pieces that Kardashian promoted as authentic.
The Judd Foundation, which is dedicated to preserving Judd’s legacy, adequately pleaded trademark and copyright infringement and other claims against Clements and a false endorsement claim against Kardashian, Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong said for the US District Court for the Central District of California.
