KeyPoint Investigators Proceed as Class, Collective in Wage Suit

A group of Keypoint Government Solutions Inc. investigators convinced a federal judge in Colorado to certify a California class and a nationwide Fair Labor Standards Act collective on their claims for unpaid overtime, missed breaks, and other alleged labor violations.

The employees established that their claims could be resolved on a classwide basis through common evidence like payroll data and wage statements, Judge William J. Martinez said Thursday in granting the motion to certify a state-law class.
