Keurig Dr Pepper Sued Over Job Seekers’ Lie Detector Disclosures

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. was sued for failing to provide notice of job applicants’ rights concerning lie detector tests on its employment applications in Massachusetts, according to a new federal court lawsuit.

Jinsong Hwang and Greg Sachs allege that Keurig Dr Pepper encourages job seekers to apply online for jobs in Massachusetts but the online application lacks a notice about lie detectors or otherwise inform them of their rights under state law, the lawsuit filed Thursday in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts said.
