A standout Texas realtor is suing Keller Williams Realty LLC for holding hundreds of listings hostage as she seeks to move her team to a different brokerage, according to a state business court complaint filed Tuesday.
The real estate giant is refusing to release more than 220 pending or active listings with commissions valued at just under $3 million that are associated with Dallas-area realtor Christie Cannon and her team, the lawsuit says.
