Maximilien Pucci-Sisti Maisonrouge joined Katten Muchin Rosenman as a partner in its private credit practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Maisonrouge’s practice focuses on unitranche, first- and second-lien credit facilities, investment-grade, middle-market and large-cap financings, as well as cross-border and domestic acquisition financings and debt restructuring transactions, the firm said.
