A former Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP partner failed to keep his age discrimination claims in court.
Plaintiff Stewart Herman, the firm, and co-defendants CEO Noah S. Heller and general counsel Michael Verde must ask an arbitrator whether the defendants waived their right to enforce an agreement requiring the parties to arbitrate disputes between them, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York said Wednesday.
