A retired magistrate judge in Kansas will receive no more discipline than a public censure for sharing sexually revealing photos of himself on a sex app for couples after the state’s High Court decided that no further action was needed.
Marty Clark was a magistrate judge for the 20th judicial district in Kansas who used Club Foreplay and shared nude photos on it. Clark admitted that he sent sexually revealing photos to the wife of the complainant, and had asked her to send explicit photos to him.
