Kalshi Sued for Disclosing User Activity to Google, LinkedIn

Prediction platform Kalshi Inc. is facing a federal class action for allegedly sharing user activity with Google LLC and LinkedIn Corp.

Kalshi violated the federal Electronic Communications Privacy Act and the California Invasion of Privacy Act by disclosing personally identifiable information about him to the third party platforms, plaintiff Stephen James said in a complaint entered Monday in the US District Court for the Southern District of California.
