KalshiEX LLC can’t stave off the return to state court of a Nevada gaming law enforcement action while a US appeals court considers where the case should be litigated, a federal judge ruled Thursday.
The prediction market company isn’t entitled to pause the proceedings in the US District Court for the District of Nevada, Judge Miranda M. Du said—10 days after she booted the case to Nevada state court and eight days after she took it back to consider a pause, or stay.
