Kalshi Loses Again with Judge Over Bid to Stop Ohio Regulation

Kalshi failed to convince a federal judge to prevent Ohio gambling regulators from acting against it as it brings its legal battle to the Sixth Circuit.

Chief Judge Sarah D. Morrison on Friday refused to grant the prediction market platform an immediate injunction pending its appeal. Morrison, of the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, said she stood by the reasoning in her order from last week denying a preliminary injunction.
