Justices Pass on Taking Up Second Flowers Foods Arbitration Case

The US Supreme Court declined to take up Flowers Foods Inc.'s challenge to a First Circuit arbitration exemption ruling Monday, after the justices sided with another group of the company’s workers on the same issue earlier this month.

Flowers Foods and two subsidiaries had urged the high court to hold the petition until it reached a decision in Bissonnette v. LePage Bakeries Park St. LLC.
