Netflix star Julia Haart has lost her defamation case against her estranged husband, tech billionaire Silvio Scaglia, and his former attorney, Lanny Davis, a onetime adviser to President Bill Clinton.
Judge Douglas E. Hoffman dismissed the claims against Scaglia and Davis, ordering Haart to cover their legal fees. He rejected allegations that they defamed Haart by calling her a “con artist” who set out to seduce Scaglia, by publicly suggesting she had stolen a Bentley from him, or by accusing her of illegally mishandling business funds.
