Delaware’s top court ruled Wednesday for Italian businessman Silvio Scaglia, who secretly kept at least a one-share edge over his wife despite telling the whole world they held equal stakes. Scaglia ousted Haart from her leadership positions at their modeling agency after the marriage broke down.
