Judge Gives Early Nod to Parts of Domino’s Driver Class Deal

A group of Domino’s franchisee delivery drivers got preliminary approval for parts of their class action settlement even though the same judge decided to not retain jurisdiction over their Federal Labor Standards Act collective.
