Judge Denies Ex-Twitter Employees’ Request to Compel Arbitration

A group of former Twitter workers lost their bid to compel the company to arbitrate their employment claims, after the social media platform allegedly backtracked on agreeing to the proceedings.

The US District Court for the Northern District of California lacks the authority to compel arbitration in the districts where the former employees worked, Judge Jon S. Tigar said in a Feb. 7 order.
