A Massachusetts federal judge has temporarily blocked prison officials from transferring a transgender woman to a men’s prison and halting her medical care.

The woman, who uses the pseudonym Maria Moe, sued President Donald Trump over his Jan. 20 executive order recognizing “two sexes” and preventing transgender women from being detained in women’s prisons
