US officials escaped a lawsuit Monday from a journalist alleging his constitutional rights were violated after Twitter was pressured to suspend him over his reporting on the Covid-19 vaccine.
Alex Berenson lacks standing to assert a First Amendment claim against various US officials in their official capacity and he otherwise fails to state a Section 1985(3) claim, Judge Jessica G. L. Clarke said. The US District Court for the Southern District of New York granted the federal defendants’ motion to dismiss the suit with prejudice.
