Johnson Controls Beats Former Employee’s Age, Race Bias Lawsuit

Johnson Controls Inc. escaped a lawsuit brought by a 60-year-old Black former worker, who alleged he was discriminated against based on his race and age.

Prisca Titus failed to support his claims that his hours were reduced because of his race and that he was fired over his age, race, and discrimination complaints, Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer of the US District Court for the District of Connecticut said in a Monday order granting the company summary judgment.
