Ag-Pro Companies LLC and Ag-Pro Ohio LLC are facing a new federal lawsuit over allegations of misclassifying salespeople and failing to pay them overtime wages.
John Lioces, a former salesperson who worked for the companies in 2024, sued on behalf of himself and other similarly situated current and former salespersons who worked at the defendants’ locations and were classified as exempt from overtime.
