Jiffy Lube Says Rejected Franchisee Is Using Its Trademarks

Jiffy Lube International Inc. and Pennzoil-Quaker State Company are alleging a Florida oil change center that they turned down as a franchisee is unlawfully using the companies’ names and logos.

The oil change service center company and Pennzoil-Quaker, a motor oil company that partners with Jiffy, are suing America’s Auto Spa Sebring LLC and its owners in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, according to a complaint filed Monday.
