JetBlue’s Dynamic Pricing Violates Consumer Privacy, Suit Says

JetBlue Airways doesn’t disclose that it allows third parties collect traveler data that the airline uses as part of its dynamic pricing program, a proposed class action claims.

The airline gets that data through tracking technology, which allows third parties to collect traveler data without sufficient consent from ticket purchasers, says the suit filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
