JetBlue Workers See Lawsuit Over Alleged Drugging, Rape Trimmed

JetBlue Airways Corp. and a male pilot won dismissal of claims by two female crew members over their alleged drugging and the rape of one of the women by another male pilot.

The ruling Monday by the US District Court for the District of Puerto Rico illustrates that employees are frequently unable to hold their employer liable for sexual misconduct that occurs off-duty.
