The worker sufficiently alleged that she was disabled by saying she vomited as often as nine times per flight and experienced fatigue, nausea, and respiratory distress as a result of the airline’s mandatory mask rule, the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida said Thursday. Breathing and digestive functions are major life activities protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the court said.
