Jenzabar Control Stalemate Left Alone by Delaware Supreme Court

A stalemate in a long-running, post-divorce battle for control of Jenzabar Inc. remains intact, after the Delaware Supreme Court rebuffed a co-founder’s attempt to take control of the education technology firm.

The high court onWednesday affirmed lower court rulings that blocked Ling Chai Maginn’s attempts to wrest control over the company they started in 1998 from her ex-husband, Robert Maginn Jr..

A two-page order signed by Justice Karen L. Valihura didn’t elaborate on the high court’s decision.
