Jenni Rivera’s Estate Alleges Father Broke Recording Contracts

The daughter of the late Jenni Rivera alleges that the music star’s father has exploited her name, likeness, and musical works, without permission from her estate.

Jaquelin Campos wants her grandfather’s companies, Cintas Acuario Inc., and Ayana Musical Inc., to stop profiting from Rivera’s name and likeness and end the three 1990s recording agreements that originally granted them distribution rights, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Central District of California Wednesday.
