The daughter of late singer Jenni Rivera saw her copyright, Lanham Act, and breach of contract claims dismissed by a federal court as untimely.
Jaquelin Campos failed to sufficiently allege she couldn’t have discovered that the family-owned recording contracts were fraudulent sooner, the Central District of California said.
