Jenner Settles Its $8.1 Million Fee Dispute With Sierra Leone

Jenner & Block has reached a settlement “in principle” in its $8.1 million fee dispute with the Republic of Sierra Leone.

Judge Tanya S. Chutkan of the US District Court for the District of Columbia on Friday signed a minute order approving a joint motion to stay the case for 30 days, pending finalization of the settlement. The parties submitted their motion to the court on Thursday. No settlement terms have been released.
