Jeffrey Clark Appeals Ruling on D.C. Bar Disciplinary Authority

Jeffrey Clark, a former assistant US attorney general during the Trump administration, will ask a federal appeals court to find the DC Bar lacks authority to sanction him for making false statements in an effort to challenge the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
