James Dolan’s Knickerbocker Group Targeted With Disability Suit

James Dolan’s Knickerbocker Group LLC has been targeted in a lawsuit that alleges Dolan allegedly fired a worker at his Long Island mansion after the employee suffered a permanent spinal injury while moving a fallen tree branch.

Sabrina Giardina, the wife of the injured assistant property manager, Michael Giardina, brought the suit, alleging claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act and New York State Human Rights Law. Sabrina Giardina was also working as the longtime head house manager and hiring manager for Dolan and his wife, Kristin Dolan, at their Oyster Bay, N.Y., property when the incident occurred.
