YouTuber and wrestler Logan Paul’s Prime energy drink company says boxer Ryan Garcia knowingly spread false claims that the product contains “horrible chemicals” that hurt children and cause liver damage.
Garcia, who has over 20 million followers across his social media channels, has admitted he knows his accusations are untrue but is sharing them anyway to destroy Prime, Paul’s company said in defamation lawsuit filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas. The case is in front of Judge Sam Lindsay.
