A company specializing in intravenous therapy treatments is suing a rival for allegedly infringing its trademarks in Arizona.
Hydrate IV Bar Holdings LLC alleges Hydrate Arizona LLC is intentionally using the term “Hydrate” in association with providing vein therapy health care services to profit off its already established goodwill arising from its family of “Hydrate” trademarks. Hydrate IV Bar provides a wide range of intravenous therapy offerings like providing vitamin injections, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the District of Arizona.
