A Sacramento property manager can’t sue Citibank or the US in an attempt to shield her bank records from the IRS, a federal judge said, adopting a magistrate judge’s recommendation for dismissal.
Parvaneh Alizadeh’s motion to quash the IRS’ summons of her own and Parva Property Management LLC’s bank records—issued to aid in the collection of her brother Abe Alizadeh’s previously assessed federal taxes—should be denied, said Judge Dale A.
