Iovate HydroxyCut Supplements Unlawfully Marketed, Lawsuit Says

Iovate Health Sciences USA Inc. was hit with a new proposed class suit alleging it illegally marketed HydroxyCut weight loss and workout supplements.

The HydroxyCut products lack the disclaimer that allows dietary supplements to be sold without premarket review by the Food and Drug Administration, according to the suit, filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
