IonQ Shareholders Lose Bid to Redo Suit Over Tech, Customers

It would be futile for IonQ Inc. investors to re-plead their claims alleging the quantum computing company made misleading statements about its technology and the source of its bookings, a federal court ruled.

The investors therefore aren’t entitled to reconsideration of a decision dismissing their claims with finality, Judge Deborah L. Boardman said Wednesday for the US District Court for the District of Maryland.
