Internet Gun Seller Fined $150,000 in NJ for High Round Magazine

An internet gun and firearm equipment retailer must pay New Jersey a $150,000 fine plus attorneys fees for violating the state’s ban on large-capacity magazine sales despite only making $83.13 on purchases in the state, a state appellate court ruled Thursday.

22Mods4All, Inc. admitted it violated state law by advertising and selling 30-round magazines to undercover officers in New Jersey. But the business said the lower court’s fine was completely out of proportion to the violation.
