A former International Motors LLC employee claims he was discriminated against because of his Jewish faith and fired after reporting the alleged harassment.
The company also failed to investigate Seth Cantor’s reports of his co-worker’s antisemitic comments and subsequent retaliation by his supervisor, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
A spokesperson for International Motors said they can’t comment on pending litigation.
