Intel Worker Says He Was Pushed Out for Reporting Antisemitism

Intel Corp. unlawfully fired a Jewish Israeli employee for complaining about his boss’s pro-Hamas social media posts, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday.

The unnamed ex-vice president of engineering, John Doe, filed his suit against the company and two Intel vice presidents in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleging Intel broke federal and New York workplace anti-discrimination laws.
